The video for Nenny's new single, ”Do You Care”, has just premiered exclusively on the Youtube channel of her label ”iM”. Nenny's new song will be available this morning, at 00:00, on all digital platforms.
In an interactive experience, entirely created and produced in partnership by the agencies H2N-Culture Connectors and New Normal for the artist and the Swedish brand H&M, thousands of fans participated in NENNYxHM.com, where, over the last few weeks, each one had the opportunity to create a personalized video clip with your favorite options.
At the end of the experience, in addition to discovering Nenny's new single and the new H&M collection (which is already in stores and where we can see Nenny's image in the window decorations), the fans decided, through their choices between scenarios , clothes or props with which the artist performed, the official version of the video clip “Do You Care”.
Yesterday, Nenny's nomination at the MTV EMA 2021, in the BEST PORTUGUESE ACT category, was also made public. The awards ceremony will take place on November 14, 2021, in Budapest, Hungary and until 11:59 pm on November 10, the public will be able to vote for the artist here. “Do You Care” succeeds Nenny’s internationalization in 2021, through participation in the prestigious Tiny Desk of NPR Music and A COLORS SHOW, where she released the themes “Wave” and “Tequila”. In 2020, she edited her debut EP “AURA”, which would crown a meteoric parade of successful singles, among which SUSHI, BÚSSOLA and DONA MARIA, which together add up to more than 50 million streams and put Nenny on a unique trajectory in the Portuguese music, especially if we take into account that this prodigy girl is only 18 years old.
With the reopening of concerts, Nenny finally made her live debut at Festival Iminente, on the 9th of October, in an exciting concert that was much celebrated by the audience and press.
Mental health is one of Nenny's biggest causes, which she often addresses in interviews, on social media and, of course, in her music. Calm, serene, sure of herself and her path, she invites us to a deep reflection, which helps us to face life with greater lightness. When she sings, she sometimes fills us with tenderness, sometimes hits us like a projectile, revealing herself to be a sharp lyricist, a perfectionist composer and a communicator overflowing with meaning, from timbre to body expression.
